Risk assement documentation includes schematics which are covered by the HSE ACOP L8. Areas where maintenance works are necessary will be itemised.

Legionella Control – legionella control is a legal requirement and is covered by the health and safety at work act 1974 and COSHH regulations 2002. Failing to comply with the control of the risk of legionella can result in prosecution and heavy fines.
