Following extensive research of company procedures, processes and client feedback, our Business Development Manager Ryan Sargent identified that the requirement to implement improved job flow management was neccessary.

"We have invested in new software that will streamline our operation from intial enquiry and call logging, through to engineer scheduling, job costing and sales invoicing. By implemementing this we are able to improve our operation and increase efficiency."

In house training will begin on December the 7th and implementaion of the new system will be going live in January 2011.
